  • Storing information for warranty and after-sales service.

  • Notifying customers about promotions (with customer consent).

Design files, logos, and print assets are used solely for the requested project and will not be used for any other commercial purpose without written consent.

  • Customer information is retained for at least 03 years from the date the order is created.

  • Design files, logos, and printing assets are stored based on mutual agreement or for future reorder needs.

  • Subcontracted production partners (when required to complete an order).

  • Government authorities upon lawful request.

All partners must sign confidentiality agreements or comply with equivalent privacy standards.

  • Request deletion of personal data when cooperation is no longer needed.
